On March 27, 2026, Honeycomb Inner Mongolia Low-Altitude Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Honeycomb Inner Mongolia") signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Mobile Group Inner Mongolia Company Limited. It marks a pivotal step for both sides in the integrated development of low-altitude economy and information and communication services.

Qu Yunzhong, Deputy General Manager of the Government and Enterprise Customer Department, Wang Zhipeng, Industry Director of the Comprehensive Governance and Integrated Expansion Division under the Strategic Customer Center, Senior Project Manager Li Yanan and Wu Jinting from the Government and Enterprise Customer Department of China Mobile Group Inner Mongolia Company Limited, accompanied by Wu Chenguang, General Manager of Inner Mongolia Honeycomb and his core team, inspected the manufacturing base. The base lies in the low-altitude equipment intelligent manufacturing area within Aerospace Economic Development Zone. The delegation also investigated the 3,600-square-meter new aerospace equipment manufacturing zone set for relocation in the second half of the year. Subsequently, representatives from both sides held a meeting and exchange activities at the office area of Beidou Application Industrial Park.

The two sides will jointly develop customized solutions targeting government affairs, public security, medical services, finance, education, transportation, industry and enterprise markets, so as to comprehensively upgrade industry service capabilities. Both sides reach a consensus to establish an efficient coordination mechanism and jointly expand market space.
The cooperation will focus on advancement in four major dimensions:
(1) Product Capability Collaboration
Regular technical exchanges and training activities will be organized to share technological achievements and practical experience. Focusing on key scenarios including smart city, smart emergency response, smart agriculture and smart mine, both parties will jointly conduct product design and solution integration, and build a joint product system with strong market competitiveness. Joint brand promotion will be further strengthened to expand market influence.
(2) Customer and Business Opportunity Sharing
Both parties will complement each other in channel resources and coordinate business development, and establish a standardized mechanism for business opportunity sharing. Information exchange will be realized in terms of customer demands, project bidding and business progress. Joint evaluation and coordinated advancement will be arranged for key projects. A joint consortium may be set up when necessary to participate in project bidding and implementation.
