SU-51 VTOL Fixed-Wing Unattended System is a fully autonomous operational solution developed by Honeycomb Aerospace. Featuring a lightweight structural design, the UAV airport reduces folded volume by 55%, unfolded volume by 58%, and overall weight by 68% compared with the previous generation. It can be deployed on flat ground, in the field, on rooftops and other locations, lowering deployment barriers and enhancing deployment flexibility.

150-Min Operational Endurance 120-Sec Ultra-Fast Battery Swap Featuring a high-precision force-feedback robotic arm, the system automatically locates the battery compartment and completes millimeter-accurate battery swap in just 120 seconds. Compared with conventional charging (2–3 hours), it greatly reduces operational interruptions. Daily operation time is extended from 4 hours to 12 hours, completing three times more operations.

The battery compartment supports 3 sets of batteries in cyclic charging and discharging, enabling uninterrupted operation. It features a built-in battery health monitoring system that provides real-time protection against overcharging and over-discharging, extending battery life by 30%. Intelligent multi-battery scheduling reduces equipment replacement costs and improves full-lifecycle utilization efficiency.
It operates within a wide temperature range of -30℃ to 55℃, with a high-temperature variant available for up to 70℃. The airport maintains a constant internal temperature of 20℃ and features an IP56 protection rating. With its cabin door closed, it can withstand Level 10 winds and operate at altitudes up to 5,000 meters, making it suitable for high-altitude missions. The UPS backup provides over 3.5 hours of standby power to ensure uninterrupted connectivity during power outages. Dual cameras inside and outside the airport provide full-time monitoring of takeoff, landing and battery swap procedures, while environmental sensors transmit real-time data on wind speed, wind direction, temperature, humidity and rainfall. Automatic fire suppression systems are installed in critical areas to ensure reliable safety even in unattended operation.
